Sr. Director, Supply Chain – North America

Location: Fremont, California, USA; based at the Fremont headquarters. The role covers supply chain operations across the US and Canada and requires regular international travel of approximately 30%.

Annual salary: $230,000–$265,000 for California.

Develops intelligent solar tracker, control software, structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale solar power plants and clean energy infrastructure.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of North America supply chain operations, including integrated business planning, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and customer delivery.
• Develop KPIs, monitor project execution and supplier performance, and drive on-time delivery and cost optimization.
• Coordinate execution plans for multiple large-scale regional projects with Sales, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, Engineering, R&D, and Product teams.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional Supply Chain team across geographies.
• Manage supplier and project escalations, including delays, corrective actions, continuity planning, and executive reporting.
• Improve digital supply chain processes through Anaplan, business-system solutions, SOP updates, audits, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience as a supply chain leader; global experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, North American regulatory and business practices, project management, logistics, sourcing, and commercial contracts.
• Experience leading multicultural teams and developing high-performing leaders and teams.
• Strong executive-level communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and relevant software such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or Power BI.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; EPC/construction and contract manufacturing experience are preferred.
