Vice President of Logistics (E-commerce)

Location: Hybrid role in Rockleigh, New Jersey, United States; travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, depending on experience, with potential equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.

What you will do

• Build and execute a two- to three-year global logistics strategy supporting international expansion, automation, systems, and organizational growth.
• Lead end-to-end distribution, inventory planning, replenishment, customs, duties, trade compliance, and cross-border shipping.
• Oversee warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, global 3PLs, vendors, wholesalers, carriers, and logistics networks.
• Own logistics budgeting, cost-to-serve modeling, forecasting, capacity planning, and operational performance against plan.
• Lead OMS and WMS integration, last-mile optimization, operational dashboards, and order-orchestration initiatives with Product and Development.
• Build governance, SOPs, risk-continuity plans, sustainability initiatives, and performance targets across in-house and outsourced operations.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in global operations, supply chain, or logistics leadership.
• Experience scaling e-commerce fulfillment, international distribution, warehouse operations, inventory management, and global 3PL networks.
• Expertise in customs requirements, trade compliance, regulatory considerations, vendor management, and cross-border shipping.
• Experience with process design, SOP development, governance, forecasting, cost modeling, KPIs, and dashboard tools.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and build high-performing global teams while combining strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to travel as needed, potentially up to 25%.
