Salary: $154,800 — $232,200 USD

What you will do

• Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for enterprise enablement products related to pricing, offers, and personalization.
• Translate requirements from internal commercial stakeholders and external consultants into effective product solutions.
• Oversee product delivery and resolve blockers in close collaboration with Program Management.
• Partner with Engineering and UX teams to develop intuitive and scalable internal tooling.
• Coordinate with Global Legal teams to ensure solutions are compliant for global deployment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to analyze and continuously improve product performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically in internal enterprise or B2B software products.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex enterprise solutions (B2B, SaaS, or marketplace products).
• Proven leadership in driving complex programs within matrixed organizations.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Diego, Los Angeles, or San Mateo, CA.

• Experience building enterprise enablement solutions (B2B / SaaS, marketplace products).
