What you will do

• Build and maintain Excel-based financial and strategic models to support business cases and investment decisions.
• Define and refine free-to-play monetization frameworks, including virtual currencies, battle passes, and bundles.
• Establish commercial reporting and KPI dashboards in partnership with data analytics teams.
• Manage Live Services P&L, interpreting weekly performance to optimize player engagement and profitability.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis of the F2P/live-service landscape to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to prioritize strategic projects.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in strategy, finance, consulting, or analytics, ideally within gaming or digital consumer business.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch.
• Strong understanding of live service game economics and the current gaming market landscape.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Novato, California.

• Experience collaborating with data teams and familiarity with tools like SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
