TL;DR

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product vision for purchase flows and upsell strategies across mobile and web to drive new user conversion.
  • Design and run A/B tests on pricing surfaces, checkout flows, and monetization mechanics to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Scale monetization infrastructure, including paywalls and in-app purchases, to enable faster iteration and reduced time-to-market.
  • Lead a cross-functional pod consisting of Mobile, Web, Backend, QA, and Design.
  • Synthesize data, user research, and funnel analytics to continuously improve conversion quality and the purchase experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with 4+ years in product management at a consumer-facing mobile software company.
  • Proven experience with subscription monetization: paywalls, pricing surfaces, checkout flows, or in-app purchases.
  • Strong experimentation instincts with a track record of designing and interpreting A/B tests.
  • Fluency with data analysis and the ability to translate metrics into product strategy.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate product workflows (research, discovery, decision-making).
  • Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Background in onboarding, activation, or freemium conversion.
  • Passion for outdoor recreation.
