What you will do
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on monetization, providing strategic guidance across multiple games and products.
- Partner with game leadership to identify monetization opportunities and diagnose complex business challenges.
- Support product, economy, and LiveOps teams in evaluating pricing strategies, player segmentation, and offer design.
- Analyze experimentation results and market trends to provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
- Drive knowledge sharing by identifying cross-portfolio monetization best practices.
- Develop frameworks, methodologies, and tools to improve monetization decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Significant leadership experience in Monetization, Product, Economy, or Growth within the gaming industry or a data-driven consumer business.
- Deep expertise in free-to-play (F2P) monetization, game economies, and LiveOps experimentation.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
