What you will do

• Define and execute the monetization strategy for PS Portal, focusing on software and platform revenue.
• Identify new profit opportunities through innovative monetization models, advertising, and digital commerce.
• Coordinate with global Product teams in Tokyo and the US to align priorities and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and legal teams to bring initiatives to market.
• Develop business cases and evaluate tradeoffs between user value, revenue, and development costs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to iterate on product performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business strategy, or platform planning.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering platform growth strategies.
• Strong experience collaborating with diverse, global cross-functional teams.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to synthesize market and technical factors.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience launching global consumer platforms or gaming hardware/software.
• Background in strategic or business development.
• Familiarity with platform ecosystems and developer relations.
• Experience working with Japan-based teams.
