What you will do
- Develop the product strategy and roadmap for core software product lines.
- Translate business, market, and clinical requirements into detailed, executable product requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D, designers, engineers, and clinical product managers to build elegant software solutions.
- Manage and prioritize the feature backlog to align with strategic objectives.
- Define and measure product success metrics and monitor industry trends for best-in-class UX.
- Act as a subject matter expert on software products across the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 5+ years of experience in software product management.
- Experience in healthcare IT or the biotech industry.
- Proficiency with Agile software development and building solutions from start to finish.
- BA/BS degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline.
- Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and systems thinking.
