What you will do

• Develop the product strategy and roadmap for core software product lines.
• Translate business, market, and clinical requirements into detailed, executable product requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, designers, engineers, and clinical product managers to build elegant software solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the feature backlog to align with strategic objectives.
• Define and measure product success metrics and monitor industry trends for best-in-class UX.
• Act as a subject matter expert on software products across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience in software product management.
• Experience in healthcare IT or the biotech industry.
• Proficiency with Agile software development and building solutions from start to finish.
• BA/BS degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline.
• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and systems thinking.
