Senior/Staff Product Manager (Life Sciences): Build the Life Sciences product vertical from the ground up, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap and shipping the first products with an accent on manufacturer contracting and market access complexity. Focus on solving economic and data-driven challenges (chargebacks, rebates, gross-to-net, formulary, coverage) while coordinating across Engineering, Design, GTM, and Legal and validating with real pharma and medical device customers.

What you will do

• Own 0→1 product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Life Sciences vertical from first customer conversations through early revenue.
• Co-own the commercial motion with a GM/SME peer and translate contracting and market access knowledge into a sequenced product plan.
• Develop and defend a domain point of view across manufacturer economics (chargebacks, rebates, gross-to-net, formulary, coverage) to drive prioritization.
• Turn pricing and contract data assets into products that solve concrete manufacturer problems in partnership with Engineering and Data.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, GTM, and Legal, and with external stakeholders and customers.
• Act as the customer voice by building direct relationships with pharma and medical device customers and feeding their reality back into the roadmap.

Requirements

• Location: Must be US-based and work with US business hours.
• 7+ years of product management experience with end-to-end product ownership.
• 5+ years in health technology with strong understanding of healthcare data, pricing, and payments.
• 3+ years working with pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers, understanding their commercial and contracting world.
• Subject-matter credibility to go deep on manufacturer contracting and economics as a peer to a GM/SME.
• Experience building EHR/data integration products and/or healthcare claims/chargeback/formulary/coverage data.
