Salary: $115,000 – $172,500

What you will do

• Design and operate automated joiner, mover, and leaver flows driven by HRIS across multiple platforms.
• Onboard, integrate, and maintain several hundred SaaS applications using SAML, SCIM, and OIDC.
• Engineer identity automation using Okta Workflows and custom APIs to streamline lifecycle events.
• Manage the identity boundary isolating regulated fintech systems (KYC, brokerage) from general business stacks.
• Own the San Mateo site operations, including ITSM queue triage, device provisioning, and AV/conference room maintenance.
• Act as the primary West Coast IT escalation point and provide white-glove support for executives and company events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems, identity, or infrastructure engineering with deep Okta administration expertise.
• Proven ability to build automation via Okta Workflows or similar tools (Tines, Serval).
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for bulk operations and API integrations.
• Experience with HRIS-driven provisioning and DevOps disciplines (Git, CI/CD, AWS/GCP).
• Working knowledge of MDM (Intune, FleetDM) and AV systems (Zoom Rooms, Logitech Rally Bar).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site 4 days/week in San Mateo, CA.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, or Jira.
• Experience with large-scale tenant migrations or SaaS consolidation.
• Familiarity with fintech compliance and identity decisioning tooling.
• Experience with dual-domain administration for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
