TL;DR

IT Specialist (Infrastructure): Managing day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations for a scaling public safety AI platform with an accent on endpoint management and identity provisioning. Location: Hybrid (Denver, CO). Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States and pass an FBI fingerprint and background check in multiple states.

Salary: $75K – $100K + Bonus

What you will do

• Manage the full hardware and software lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, inventory, and decommissioning.
• Administer endpoint management platforms (Jamf for macOS, Intune for Windows) to enforce configuration and compliance.
• Execute identity lifecycle tasks and user provisioning within the Okta IAM framework.
• Maintain and optimize core SaaS and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Develop and test backup, continuity, and disaster recovery processes for core systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, or equivalent).
• Working familiarity with Okta or equivalent identity/SSO platforms.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Slack.
• Ability to write basic automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• U.S. citizenship or work authorization and ability to pass a multi-state FBI background check.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience supporting a hybrid Mac/Windows fleet.
• Background in regulated environments like the public sector, healthcare, or fintech.
• Prior experience in a small or scaling company.
• Technical degree or security-related certifications.
