What you will do

• Design and build intelligent automation to streamline business processes across enterprise platforms.
• Develop scalable integrations for Slack, Okta, Workday, Atlassian, GitHub, and Google Workspace.
• Create conversational interfaces and self-service experiences to modernize IT service delivery.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, LLMs, and agent frameworks for enterprise use.
• Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure governance, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers on automation and software engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale integrations and automation within SaaS environments.
• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Deep expertise in REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SCIM, and GraphQL.
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures balancing business needs and security.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional engineering and business teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI agents, MCP integrations, or LLM-powered workflows.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with event-driven architectures, message queues, or serverless technologies.
• Background in building internal developer platforms.
