What you will do

• Lead the AI-first transformation of the help desk, driving ticket deflection via AI-assisted and self-service resolution.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows and build integrations across Claude, Notion, and Slack.
• Manage identity and access (IAM) and directory synchronization using Rippling and Google Workspace.
• Administer MDM platforms across macOS, iPadOS, and Windows with enforced EDR fleet-wide.
• Own procurement and asset lifecycle management, ensuring day-one readiness for all new hires.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive IT process documentation in Notion and Serval.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in IT engineering or systems administration.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Austin, TX.
• Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration at the organizational level.
• Experience managing MDM platforms (Kandji, Jamf, Intune) and EDR.
• Proven track record of replacing manual work with code or no-code automation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Serval or similar AI-powered IT support platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling or Deel for provisioning and directory data.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Operational experience with LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT.
