What you will do

• Prospect, develop, and close new enterprise business across the Iberian territory.
• Build account plans and targeted go-to-market strategies based on market drivers and stakeholder needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline, maintain CRM accuracy, and provide predictable forecasts to leadership.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop channel partners in existing and untapped markets.
• Lead joint account planning and identify opportunities with strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Sales Management, Marketing, and Solutions Architects on campaigns and complex technical solutions.

Requirements

• Proven success in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience with formal sales methodologies and accurate sales forecasting.
• Extensive direct and indirect sales experience in as-a-service or network solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT ecosystems, data networking, cloud computing, and virtual private networking.
• Established partner network and executive-level relationship-building skills in Iberia.
• Native Spanish and business-level English; willingness to travel up to 40%.
