What you will do

• Manage the Product Development Process (PDP) and represent hirify.global technically at customer sites.
• Coordinate product development projects from the initial design phase through to production.
• Oversee project budgets, track results, and implement corrective measures for deviations.
• Lead technical customer meetings, conduct presentations, and organize plant visits and audits.
• Manage prototype orders and resolve customer concerns by coordinating internal company resources.
• Monitor market trends and maintain expertise in hirify.global’s product technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
• 1-2 years of related experience or training.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Experience managing multiple account or customer relationships simultaneously.
• Knowledge of contract negotiations and automotive product development.
• Familiarity with OEM product development systems and powertrain technical knowledge.
