What you will do

• Execute customer product release processes and manage mechanical data releases in customer systems.
• Support customer engineering in technical operations for product development, validation, and release.
• Maintain customer test benches with the latest product samples and perform initial troubleshooting and data collection.
• Provide technical support for warranty part analysis and field/dealership assistance.
• Facilitate customer change management processes, including tracking technical requirements and approvals.
• Lead the mechanical integration of products into customer vehicles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• At least 2+ years of customer-facing or design engineering experience.
• Proficiency with mechanical CAD software, specifically CATIA V5.
• Knowledge of PDM, PLM, and database systems used in automotive engineering.
• Ability to travel up to 15% (domestic and international).
• Must possess a clean driving record and be willing to operate customer-owned vehicles.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in an engineering field.
• Prior experience as an application or design engineer for automotive electronics.
• Direct experience working with the target customer.
