What you will do

• Design, develop, evaluate, and select cost-effective manufacturing equipment for company products.
• Execute detailed root cause analysis and implement innovative technical solutions for production problems.
• Coordinate the installation, modification, and maintenance of equipment to optimize yield and efficiency.
• Design fixtures, perform equipment qualifications, and author process validation protocols.
• Develop product and process specifications using statistical techniques and engineering knowledge.
• Train technicians, assemblers, and quality control staff on processes and equipment documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in Roseville, CA.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the medical device industry.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Lean/Flow Manufacturing.
• Experience with materials and manufacturing processes.
