What you will do

• Administer and support NetSuite, UKG, Adaptive Insights, Numeric, Zip, and Tray.io, including configuration and maintenance.
• Own access protocols for restricted financial and HR data, managing user provisioning and permissions.
• Triage and resolve help desk and systems tickets through a standard Linear workflow.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate business needs into system improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and internal processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering ERP systems such as NetSuite or Adaptive Insights.
• Experience configuring roles, permissions, and workflows within restricted financial and HR systems.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, and access governance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a security-minded approach to data integrity.
