What you will do

• Perform technical triage on EASY system applications to diagnose root causes and implement resolutions within SLAs.
• Monitor production performance of back-end processes and mitigate program failures to ensure system stability.
• Manage and maintain the EASY Workload Automation Tool using CA Workload Automation AutoSys for transactional processing.
• Serve as a liaison between Systems Application Support and development teams to report and communicate software defects.
• Lead strategic initiatives to identify and implement opportunities for process automation.
• Collaborate with international counterparts in Bangalore to maintain production continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience providing production support for back-end transactional processing systems.
• Minimum 4 years of experience configuring workload automation tools and providing customer-facing technical support.
• Proficiency with UNIX operating system, including C shell, Korn shell, and Perl scripting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship (including CPT/OPT) is available.
