Salary: $139,200–$212,000 USD for Washington, DC/Hawaii; $116,000–$177,000 USD for St. Louis/Suffolk.

What you will do
- Design and lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, product, analytics, delivery, and geospatial teams.
- Manage multiple computer vision data operations projects and annotation workflows across imagery, video, and other data types.
- Improve data quality, throughput, and machine learning outcomes through workflow optimization and systems analysis.
- Define and deliver data-driven operational improvements with measurable business results.
- Partner with engagement managers to communicate operational performance and shape outcomes for Public Sector customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a general manager, program manager, or operations leader.
- Ability to work onsite regularly in secure and unclassified facilities in either the St. Louis or Washington, DC area.
- Analytical, automation-focused approach with the ability to build traceable, metrics-led workflows and integrations.
- Successful project management experience and comfort working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% based on customer and mission needs.
Nice to have
- Active TS-SCI security clearance.
- Technical education or professional background in economics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
- Experience working with the U.S. government.
- Understanding of machine learning operations for computer vision and generative AI workflows or products.
- MBA or relevant technical degree.
