What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for strategic advertising technology initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations.
• Drive technical strategy and roadmap alignment across engineering, product, science, and business teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges in ad serving, campaign management, measurement, and optimization.
• Establish program governance, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to ensure visibility and accountability at the VP level.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks across large-scale distributed systems serving billions of ad requests daily.
• Mentor and develop other TPMs across the organization and represent programs in executive-level reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing or architecting systems for reliability and scaling.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
