Principal Technical Program Manager, Ad Measurements Science (AI)

Location: United States — New York, NY or Denver, CO

Salary: $177,000–$239,400 annually in Denver; $194,700–$263,400 annually in New York.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for strategic advertising technology initiatives across multiple teams and organizations.
• Drive technical strategy, roadmap alignment, governance, metrics, and reporting across engineering, product, science, and business teams.
• Lead cross-functional programs involving ad serving, campaign management, measurement, optimization, and AI-powered advertiser tools.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks across distributed systems serving billions of ad requests daily.
• Partner with engineering leaders on architecture decisions, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Mentor TPMs and represent technical programs in executive-level reviews and planning sessions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing or architecting systems for reliability and scalability.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, coordinating release schedules, and building sustainable processes.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.

• 8+ years of experience managing complex technology projects.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and improving program processes.
