What you will do

• Build, hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise TPM organization from the ground up.
• Define long-term execution strategies aligned with company OKRs and product milestones.
• Establish scalable standards for program delivery, risk management, communication, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Platform, Data, and executive stakeholders while resolving dependencies and resource conflicts.
• Translate technical roadmaps and GenAI initiatives into business outcomes, delivery forecasts, and risk profiles for C-suite and Board audiences.
• Drive enterprise-grade data quality and infrastructure reliability across business units.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership.
• 4+ years of people management experience leading TPMs or engineers.
• Experience building teams from scratch in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in the AI/ML lifecycle, including LLM fine-tuning, performance evaluation, and GenAI infrastructure at hirify.global.
• Expert stakeholder management, systems thinking, and the ability to build consensus across technical and non-technical leaders.
• Experience implementing enterprise planning and tracking frameworks such as Jira Align, roadmap software, or internal dashboards.

• Software or ML engineering background.
• Experience building and scaling internal developer platforms or horizontal services.
