What you will do

• Own the operating model connecting business stakeholders to the BSA intelligence infrastructure to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive adoption and active use of BSA intelligence products, AI tools, and self-serve platforms across the organization.
• Partner across the BSA team to shape the intelligence product roadmap based on real business demand.
• Serve as a senior intelligence partner, providing direct analytical counsel to leadership on high-stakes business questions.
• Translate complex and ambiguous commercial problems into precise, scalable data science and intelligence problems.
• Monitor intelligence output quality and analytical rigor to ensure AI-generated insights meet business standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years in analytics or data science, with significant leadership of analytical functions in a commercial context.
• Postgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent analytical depth gained through practice.
• AI-native practitioner capable of prototyping solutions and critically evaluating AI outputs.
• Strong business acumen with experience in payments, cards, retail banking, or financial services.
• Proven ability to operate across a regional, multi-market environment with cross-cultural leadership skills.
• Excellent executive communication skills to translate complex AI concepts into commercial language for senior audiences.
