What you will do

• Drive the alignment of business policies, processes, and platforms across international entities.
• Design and implement a global operating model calibrated to focus markets to enable franchise scalability.
• Map current-state processes, identify alignment opportunities, and lead the rollout of standardized procedures.
• Manage cross-entity and cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, including dependency tracking and benefits realization.
• Coordinate information flow between Head Office and international branches, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Produce management information and analysis to support decision-making and governance forums.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in financial services, with a preference for private banking or wealth management.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Experience in operating-model and process design, including mapping and standardizing processes across multiple entities.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across functions and jurisdictions.
• Pragmatic understanding of first-line risk, control, and the regulatory environment in private banking.
• University degree holder.
