What you will do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to capture the full spectrum of customer experience.
• Design and implement best-in-class user research methodologies.
• Evaluate company positioning through direct customer interviews and feedback analysis.
• Identify key trends and actionable insights to inform product and business strategy.
• Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to integrate insights into improvements.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in customer experience, user research, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing user research methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Singapore.
