What you will do

• Own and optimize end-to-end revenue processes including pipeline management, forecasting, and commission cycles.
• Manage Salesforce and connected commercial tools to drive data hygiene and workflow automation.
• Partner with commercial and cross-functional teams to deliver effective operational workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and build solutions using AI tools, agentic frameworks, and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to improve system efficiency and operational scalability.
• Drive adoption of AI productivity tools across the commercial organization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations in a high-growth tech or fintech environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including flows, reports, and custom objects.
• Demonstrated experience building with AI tools (LLM APIs, n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay) or agent frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and experience in BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Structured problem-solving ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• English proficiency required for effective cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience working with data pipelines or in partnership with data teams.
• Familiarity with Python for scripting or data analysis.
• Experience in financial services or international high-growth environments.
• Additional proficiency in an Asian language.
