What you will do

  • Partner with Commercial and Revenue Strategy leaders to identify high-leverage enablement initiatives.
  • Translate GTM priorities into actionable programs to improve sales execution for core and new products.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact onboarding and product training to accelerate time-to-productivity.
  • Lead the design of scalable content and AI tools in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Strengthen the commercial operating rhythm, including SKOs and feedback loops.
  • Analyze funnel performance and sales data to identify gaps and guide coaching efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement or Sales, ideally within the Fintech field.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with commercial leaders to drive impactful enablement programs.
  • Experience designing and delivering sales training and onboarding content.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and sales tools like Chorus or Outreach.
  • Self-starter mentality with high attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Scale-up or fintech experience.
  • Experience working with US Enterprise Sales Teams.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot, Gong, or LMS.
  • Experience with data-driven enablement program measurement and iteration.
