Manager, Revenue Strategy (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead market research to identify business opportunities for China businesses.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional strategic projects.
• Support commercial decision-making through market insights, customer needs, and product capabilities.
• Help define and prioritize new product capabilities with the product team.
• Support partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.
• Research regulatory policies for existing and new business models and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a leading institution; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Approximately 4 years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, or corporate development within fintech, TMT, or a professional services firm.
• Experience synthesizing multiple information sources into frameworks for business opportunities and challenges.
• Experience advising senior-level executives and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
