What you will do

• Lead market research to identify business opportunities for the China market.
• Drive cross-team strategic projects to devise and implement business strategies.
• Facilitate commercial decision-making through deep understanding of customer needs and product capabilities.
• Support product teams in outlining and prioritizing new feature capabilities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.
• Analyze regulatory policies to support existing and new business models and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Master or MBA preferred).
• Approximately 4 years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, or corporate development.
• Background in top fintech or TMT companies or professional firms.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with analytical tools.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Based in Singapore.
