Salary: $140,620 – $210,000 per annum

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for advanced packaging, assembly, and semiconductor test equipment (ATE).
• Lead supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management for global manufacturing partners.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to align sourcing with future technology roadmaps for AI and data center products.
• Drive supplier performance improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and technology capability.
• Conduct should-cost analyses, competitive bidding, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Assess and mitigate supply risks related to capacity, geopolitical exposure, and technology transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of procurement or supply chain experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and product development flows.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information (EAR).

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Direct experience with CoWoS, 2.5D/3D packaging, HBM, or Chiplet architectures.
• Experience managing annual spend programs exceeding $50M.
• Familiarity with industry-leading OSAT, ATE, and laminate suppliers.
