What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse array of contracts, including NDAs, supplier service agreements, and IT agreements globally.
• Oversee the intellectual property portfolio, managing trademarks and domain names on a global scale.
• Identify legal risks associated with contracts and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Business teams to provide pragmatic legal guidance during negotiations.
• Develop and enhance internal contractual processes, templates, playbooks, and training materials.
• Explore and integrate legal tech and AI tools to optimize workflow and quality of outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited law school.
• 4+ years of combined experience as legal counsel in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Full professional competency in English and Spanish.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English.
• Ability to identify legal risks and liabilities while remaining business-oriented.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract management tools and systems.
• Expertise in developing contract templates and playbooks.
• Hands-on experience with applied AI tools such as Gemini or other AI-powered assistants.
