What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and contractual due diligences across multiple European jurisdictions.
- Serve as a legal expert and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and cross-functional business teams.
- Assess and optimize contract processes, improving templates and streamlining lifecycles to mitigate risk.
- Drive the adoption of Legal Tech, incorporating AI and CLM solutions for automated review and management.
- Develop training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to simplify complex legal concepts for business teams.
Requirements
- Law Degree from a European country.
- At least 8 years of experience handling commercial contracts, with significant in-house or multinational experience.
- Advanced, fluent proficiency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
- Practical experience implementing or using AI-powered contract review, CLM systems, or legal automation tools.
- Deep expertise in European contract law and the ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional legal environments.
- Must be based in Spain, Italy, or the UK.
