What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements and contractual due diligences across European jurisdictions.
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders, providing practical guidance on local laws and company policies.
- Optimize contract processes by improving templates and streamlining lifecycles to mitigate risks.
- Implement Legal Tech, including AI and CLM solutions, for automated contract review and management.
- Create training materials and SOPs to simplify complex legal concepts for non-legal teams.
Requirements
- Law Degree from a European country.
- At least 8 years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably in-house or in a multinational environment.
- Fluent proficiency in both Italian and English (Mandatory).
- Practical experience with Legal Tech (AI-powered review, CLM systems, or automation tools).
- Deep expertise in European contract law and multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks.
- Must be based in the UK, Spain, or Italy.

- Fluency in Spanish or French.
