What you will do

• Lead the implementation and execution of the Ethics & Compliance program for the MedSurg business across EMEA.
• Advise business leadership and identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across markets and jurisdictions.
• Review high-risk activities and transactions, including third-party engagements, conflicts of interest, business programs, and interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Lead compliance governance and oversight processes, promoting leadership accountability and effective integration of compliance into business strategies.
• Monitor compliance metrics, support investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Profound experience in ethics and compliance, legal, audit, finance, or related governance roles.
• Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance laws and regulations, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, healthcare fraud and abuse laws, and industry codes.
• Fluency in English and one additional language: French, Italian, or Spanish.
• Strong stakeholder influence, leadership, analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Concur, Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft applications.
