What you will do

• Execute the HR technology roadmap by translating business priorities into Workday system enhancements.
• Advise leadership on Workday capabilities, platform strategy, and the impact of release updates.
• Govern testing cadences (CRP, UAT) and oversee the configuration of Business Processes (BPs).
• Design and implement a standardized intake process for break/fix requests and new functionality.
• Collaborate with IT partners on Workday integrations and SSO initiatives.
• Mentor team members on Workday configuration and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting a Workday HCM environment.
• Expertise in Workday hierarchy, security, and business process administration.
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills within an HRM environment.
• Strong project management acumen and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Must be based in the United States.
