What you will do

• Design, configure, test, and prepare scalable Workday solutions across Core HCM and related people technology domains.
• Own assigned Workday domains, ensuring system reliability, design integrity, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Develop Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, calculated fields, and data structures for operational and analytical use cases.
• Translate business needs into user stories, system designs, and sustainable platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Integration, Security, and other cross-functional teams on end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and unit, integration, and UAT testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise platforms, including hands-on Workday configuration and delivery.
• Experience designing business processes, calculated fields, core system configurations, and scalable Workday solutions.
• Production experience developing Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Workday reports.
• Strong understanding of the Workday Core HCM data model and data flows across business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration, data, and reporting issues independently and evaluate trade-offs between speed, complexity, and maintainability.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and owning defined workstreams or sub-projects.

Nice to have

• Workday Security configuration experience.
• Exposure to EIB, Core Connectors, and other data interfaces.
• Experience working in global enterprise environments across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with Workday Absence, Compensation, or Talent modules.
• Experience contributing to platform standards, governance models, or design frameworks.
