What you will do

• Lead Workday HCM and Recruiting implementation activities, including requirements validation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for post-implementation maintenance, enhancements, and system optimization.
• Design and manage HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy requirements.
• Research Workday releases to assess impacts and implement new functionality.
• Develop system documentation, how-to guides, and conduct end-user training.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5–7 years of hands-on technical Workday HCM experience.
• Experience contributing to at least one full-cycle Workday HCM implementation.
• Hands-on experience supporting a Workday Recruiting implementation.
• Proficiency in Workday security, business process configuration, and report writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred.
