What you will do

• Own and evolve the Workday integration portfolio, including Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Design scalable automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across People systems.
• Develop complex Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts for compliance and analytics.
• Collaborate with Data teams to move and transform People data into BigQuery, AWS Redshift, and OneModel.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident-response practices to ensure integration health and reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations within People Tech or enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and web services.
• Proficiency in Workday calculated fields, advanced reporting, and security configurations.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, authentication methods, and data mapping.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to lead technical delivery from initial concept through implementation and support independently.

Nice to have

• Workday Integration or Workday Pro certifications.
• Experience with Workday Extend, Prism, or BIRT reporting.
• Knowledge of iPaaS tools such as Workato or Tines.
• Experience with SQL, ETL/ELT patterns, and cloud data warehouses.
