What you will do

• Provide strategic system and process advisement while implementing technology solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into optimized Workday solutions.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, including communications, testing, and training.
• Utilize Workday tools such as Report Writer, calculated fields, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Promote industry best practices to ensure high-quality execution and completion rates on all engagements.

Requirements

• Workday Paradox Certification or Workday Recruitment Certification required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Workday consultant.
• Proficiency in configuring Workday HCM or Finance modules (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting).
• Experience with the full Workday implementation lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, HR, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Functional or technical experience implementing Paradox, HiredScore, Oracle, SAP, Workato, or Jitterbit.
• At least 2 years of client-facing consulting experience.
• Active Workday Certification in one or more HCM or Finance modules.
