Salary: $142,200 - $158,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze business data to identify growth opportunities and implement targeted action plans to improve revenue and profitability.
• Lead structured business reviews with franchise leadership to translate insights into measurable goals and accountable next steps.
• Coach and influence franchisees to strengthen leadership capability and execution discipline across multiple locations.
• Accelerate the adoption of data platforms, operational processes, and technology solutions across the network.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure field insights inform enterprise decision-making and pilot new strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits like 401k).
• Availability during general company working hours (flexible start/stop times based on geography).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for quarterly and annual regional meetings and conferences.
