What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and readiness assessments.
• Design organizational structures and conduct stakeholder analysis to support business strategy.
• Create and execute communication plans, including message design and implementation.
• Build and manage change agent networks to facilitate organizational adoption.
• Lead complex projects, including work plans, risk assessment, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to influence change and ensure project success.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, education, communications, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of deep experience in organizational change management.
• Expert-level knowledge of change management methodologies and principles.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the U.S. without need for sponsorship.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Superior project management, business writing, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with a change management consulting firm or division.
• Big 4 consulting experience.
• Learning and development or instructional design background.
