Salary: $103,147 - $172,721

What you will do

• Conduct technical due diligence for data center and digital infrastructure assets on behalf of lenders and investors.
• Collect and analyze project data to develop comprehensive technical assessment reports and presentations.
• Perform site visits and inspections to evaluate equipment condition, reliability, and availability.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, consultants, and financial analysts.
• Manage client expectations and maintain professional relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Contribute to multiple concurrent projects while meeting performance targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship not available).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a business or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data center development, design, construction, or operations.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screening.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced PC literacy.

Nice to have

• Engineering or technical degree.
• Familiarity with data center tier rating systems and infrastructure components like HVAC, power distribution, and cooling.
• Experience with financial modeling or economic analysis.
• Relevant professional certifications.
