What you will do
- Lead complex consulting engagements for health systems, ensuring measurable operational and financial outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives on workforce strategy, clinical transformation, and operating models.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams responsible for strategy, performance improvement, and organizational change.
- Drive client engagement expansion through demonstrated value and strategic advisory relationships.
- Contribute to the development of consulting frameworks, methodologies, and thought leadership.
- Mentor senior consulting staff and promote a culture of delivery excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of applicable professional experience in healthcare consulting or operations leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, or MPH preferred).
- Proven track record of leading complex transformation initiatives within health systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and value-based care.
- Ability to travel 1-20% within the US.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
