Director, Transformation Delivery & Enablement (AI)

Location: United States

Salary: $163,900–$235,550 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead the Finance Digital Enablement transformation portfolio across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, AI, automation, and future initiatives.
• Establish portfolio governance, prioritization, capacity planning, investment oversight, dependency management, executive reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Direct complex cross-functional programs from planning through implementation, stabilization, and operationalization.
• Build organizational change management, communications, learning, and business-readiness capabilities to support adoption.
• Define business cases, success criteria, KPIs, and processes for tracking financial, operational, control, and employee-experience outcomes.
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary transformation team while partnering with Finance, IT, Internal Audit, Procurement, Human Resources, executives, and strategic vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, portfolio management, PMOs, digital transformation, or business transformation.
• Experience establishing and leading a Transformation Management Office, Enterprise PMO, or similar delivery organization.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Accounting, technology, automation, AI, or enterprise systems.
• Expertise in portfolio management, governance, program delivery, organizational change management, communications, business readiness, and value realization.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments, executive dashboards, KPIs, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or another relevant program management or organizational change certification.
• Experience with Finance transformation, ERP modernization, AI adoption, intelligent automation, shared services, or operating model transformation.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven organization and leading global transformation portfolios.
