What you will do

• Lead enterprise SaaS implementations for Global 1000 customers, ensuring successful adoption of supply chain visibility workflows.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and product expert to resolve complex logistics challenges and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project roadmaps and milestones, coordinating internal technical teams and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive reviews, stakeholder training, and progress meetings across multiple time zones.
• Liaise between customers and the product team to align the platform roadmap with real-world operational needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to long-term success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and technical architects through adapted communication styles.
• Analytical capability to decompose complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Strong expertise in SaaS implementation; experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation is a significant bonus.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% to customer sites for key milestones.
• Must be based in the USA.
