Senior Delivery Manager (AI/Insurtech)

Location: Remote, aligned to Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Lincoln, or Toronto hub locations; applications from outside these locations are also welcomed.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 targeted starting base salary in the United States, with potential additional bonus or commission plans depending on the role.

What you will do

• Champion Agile and Lean practices, coach teams, and visualize organizational work.
• Improve delivery flow, resolve issues, and build agile capabilities across the team.
• Lead continual planning from product delivery through post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Communicate across technical and non-technical groups and build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Address team-dynamics challenges, provide feedback, and connect daily work with product vision.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer while partnering with Customer Success and Product leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile project management and successful methodology implementation.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, planning, and delivery-management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of technology, especially AI and data science products.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment and commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Multilingual communication skills.

• Agile certifications such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP.
• Experience with distributed teams, AI or data science products, or the insurance industry.
