Senior Product Manager, Payment Processing (Fintech)

Location: US - Bellevue, WA; hybrid position with in-office expectations confirmed by the hiring manager.

Salary: $152,200–$243,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of hirify.global Intelligent Authorization payment processing capabilities.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and roadmap execution for the hirify.global Platform Connect feature backlog.
• Partner with engineering, development, architecture, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver payment products.
• Translate payment network mandates, processor specifications, and compliance requirements into end-to-end delivery plans.
• Define functional requirements, test scenarios, UAT sign-offs, release communications, and deployment scope.
• Represent internal and external customer needs in product enhancements and prioritization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant product development experience.
• End-to-end understanding of payment scheme services, including authorization, clearing, settlement, issuers, acquirers, processors, and merchants.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of payment products and developing products for B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of card payment scheme compliance and the regulatory framework.
• Ability to influence and lead diverse cross-functional teams across time zones, geographies, and cultures without direct authority.
• Preferred: 5+ years in payment processing and product lifecycle management, plus experience with agile delivery, JIRA, JIRA Align, roadmaps, user stories, backlogs, and UAT.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 8583, EMV, 3DS, PSD2, fraud, risk, digital, and mobile transaction processing services.
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with the applicable level of relevant experience.
