What you will do

  • Define and drive the long-term strategy, vision, and roadmaps for Payments Modernization.
  • Lead the consolidation of legacy systems to deliver modern, scalable, and secure payment capabilities.
  • Own prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoffs to align investments with business strategy.
  • Track value realization and measurable business outcomes.
  • Engage and influence senior and executive leadership to guide strategic direction and showcase results.
  • Coordinate alignment across Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent work experience in business consulting or project management.
  • 8+ years of experience in product ownership, strategy, or transformation leadership.
  • Must be based in Springfield, MA.
  • Strong familiarity with banking, financial services, or treasury concepts, including payment processing and reconciliation.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes and influence executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital ecosystem or payments transformation.
  • Strong executive presence and advanced communication skills.
