Salary: $134,400–$176,400 per year

What you will do

• Define and own the long-term strategy, vision, investment priorities, and roadmap for Payments Modernization.
• Lead a multi-year transformation of the payment ecosystem, including legacy-system consolidation.
• Deliver modern, scalable, and secure payment capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.
• Define, track, and communicate value realization, adoption, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Own prioritization, sequencing, tradeoffs, investment recommendations, and strategic direction.
• Present strategy and outcomes to executive leadership and align Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years of relevant work experience in business consulting or project management in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of experience in product ownership, strategy, or transformation leadership.
• Experience with digital ecosystem or payments transformation.
• Strong understanding of financial services or treasury processes, including payment processing, reconciliation, and governance.
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and experience influencing executive stakeholders.
• Ability to drive measurable outcomes and business value.
