What you will do
- Define and drive the long-term strategy, vision, and roadmaps for Payments Modernization.
- Lead the consolidation of legacy systems to deliver modern, scalable, and secure payment capabilities.
- Own prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoffs to align investments with business strategy.
- Track value realization and measurable business outcomes.
- Engage and influence senior and executive leadership to guide strategic direction and showcase results.
- Coordinate alignment across Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent work experience in business consulting or project management.
- 8+ years of experience in product ownership, strategy, or transformation leadership.
- Must be based in Springfield, MA.
- Strong familiarity with banking, financial services, or treasury concepts, including payment processing and reconciliation.
- Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes and influence executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital ecosystem or payments transformation.
- Strong executive presence and advanced communication skills.
