Senior Director, People Partner Americas

Location: Onsite at one of the main US sites: Marlborough, Massachusetts; Duncan, South Carolina; or Pensacola, Florida. Travel up to 40% overnight within the region.

Salary: $185,000–$210,000 per year, plus eligibility for incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across the Americas and build regional HR organizational capability.
• Advise business and functional leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, organizational health, workforce risk, and business outcomes.
• Coach and guide people leaders on organizational change, policy interpretation, leader effectiveness, and complex people topics.
• Partner with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and HR Shared Services to deliver talent, engagement, retention, and workforce programs.
• Assess employee and labor relations risk, govern escalations, and strengthen preventative practices.
• Drive HR governance, continuous improvement, metrics, AI adoption, and project-based execution across the region.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• Long-standing experience in progressive HR leadership roles.
• Track record of coaching and influencing people leaders and leading complex HR projects and change initiatives.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements to the associate experience.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement, lean principles, and measurable HR process optimization.
• Experience using digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to improve HR decision-making and execution.
