What you will do
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders in Global Commercial Strategy, Pricing & Access, and HEOR.
- Lead organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning efforts across commercialization functions.
- Partner with the VP of Commercial Transformation to execute transformation initiatives and translate business priorities into talent implications.
- Identify critical roles and develop succession planning and capability-building strategies.
- Coach leaders through change initiatives and use data-driven insights to inform talent decisions.
- Collaborate with shared People Advisors to ensure alignment between strategic priorities and HR program execution.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of HR experience, including HRBP roles in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience supporting commercial, pricing, access, strategy, or value functions.
- Proven expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work in Boston, MA.
