Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Global Commercial Strategy (Biotechnology)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid-eligible with remote work up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Base salary: $227,200–$340,800 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders across Global Commercial Strategy, U.S. Pricing & Access, Government Affairs, Global Pricing, and HEOR.
• Provide guidance on organization design, talent management, workforce planning, and people strategy.
• Partner with Commercial Transformation leadership to execute transformation initiatives and implement new operating models.
• Identify critical roles and support succession planning, leadership development, and capability building.
• Guide leaders through organizational change and use data and insights to inform talent and organization decisions.
• Coordinate strategic HR priorities with a shared People Advisor handling employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR needs.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience in organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting commercial, pricing, access, strategy, or value functions is preferred.
• Work from the Boston, MA area under the hybrid or on-site arrangement.
