What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for digital assets initiatives spanning treasury operations, on-chain infrastructure, and capital markets.
• Develop structured workplans and define scope, sequencing, and dependencies for ambiguous, early-stage projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams on architecture and system logic to identify gaps and present informed trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
• Act as the primary link between crypto/product teams and the treasury function to align technical and financial contexts.
• Manage risks and drive outcomes across multi-stakeholder, high-impact workstreams.
• Provide daily guidance cross-functionally to increase execution quality and team capacity.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 5+ with an Advanced degree).
• Proven technical program management experience in capital markets, fintech, or complex financial infrastructure.
• Meaningful hands-on exposure to digital assets, including custody workflows or on-chain settlement.
• Ability to engage deeply with enterprise system architecture and integration logic.
• Strong executive-level communication skills for presenting strategic recommendations.
